     Do I need a Merchant Account to use EZ-PayPro's ECommerce software?
     
    No. You do not need a merchant account to use the EZ-PayPro ecommerce software system. The EZ-PayPro system fully supports PayPal and other payment options. You may also run your store in manual mode where you process all credit cards manually after the sale.

If you wish to accept credit cards then you will need a merchant account. It is a good idea to accept credit cards since 88% of all online purchases are made with Credit Card's! EZ-PayPro is compatible with all of the major and reputable merchant account providers. EZ-PayPro can help you obtain your own merchant account.

     Where will my store be hosted?
     
   

EZ-PayPro's includes hosting of your store on one of our dedicated E-Commerce servers. If your store requires more bandwidth or more dedicated power, then we can offer one of our several hosting upgrade options.

It is possible, however not highly recommended, that we can host our store on your server if it meets the store requirements.

     What are the steps to get my products on an EZ-PayPro E-Store?
     
   

The easiest way to join EZ-PayPro is to apply on-line. You may sign up for our service here. Fill the form out completely and you will be contacted asap.

Once your store is setup, you will have access to your admin page where you can easily enter your products and upload your product images. You will also have access to our online manual which provides details on how to optimize your images for your E-Store.

     Is there a limit to the number of products I can sell with the EZ-PayPro?
     
    No. There is no limit to the number of products you can sell. Some clients sell one product while others sell more than 100,000 different items. EZ-PayPro offers a free initial product upload.

     What is an SSL Certificate?
   
   

When you shop online, and you go to a web page where it asks for your credit card information, you should see a little padlock symbol at the bottom of your web browser window. Only web pages that own a SSL Certificate have this padlock on them. This indicates that information entered on this web page is secure. By secure, we mean encrypted (encoded) so that no one may intercept this data except the intended persons. Only fools buy something from a web site WITHOUT this (SSL) padlock.

EZ-PayPro's basic package utilizes our own SSL certificate. If hosting is under your own domain name, then we will utilize your SSL certificate.

     What is 'Real-time' credit card processing?
   
    Real-time credit card processing allows your web order pages to immediately submit your customer's credit card information via the Internet to your merchant account bank for authorization. Real-time authorization is useful if you anticipate a large volume of online transactions or wish to provide your customer with immediate access to your product or service.

Example: Selling a e-book that a customer can download immediately after their credit card has been authorized in 'Real time'. Real-time credit card processing functionality can involve additional costs beyond standard processing which include: additional service fees from your merchant account provider bank, additional software requirements for real-time processing, customized ordering pages created for your web site and/or web server payment gateway software configuration and setup.
