Product Warranty

AB Salon Equipment provides a one-year warranty against manufacturers defects.  Within the first 90 days from your purchase date, AB Salon Equipment, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased.  After 90 days, defective equipment will need to be returned to AB Salon Equipment for repair.  Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory.  Please contact us at 800-393-2679, ext. 102 for repair/replacement information.

Delivery Damage

Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected before accepting the delivery, and must be noted on freight delivery form.  All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery.  Any damage to products must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery.  Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken pieces, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Full or partial cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  This policy applies ONLY to orders which have NOT shipped.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.

Return Policy

All merchandise returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.  Items must be returned in original packaging within five (5) days from receipt of delivery.  A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required when returning merchandise.  This number may be obtained by contacting AB Salon Equipment at 800-393-2679, ext. 124.  The RAN number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery will be refused.  NO RETURNS ON LAMINATED CABINETS.
