Payment Options
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and PayPal. However, personal checks will be held until the funds clear (up to 14 days in some cases). Credit Card transactions are permitted through PayPal. Items usually ship within 48 hours of processing.
Product Warranty
Smoky Mountain Antique Market Place merchandise is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. We do our best to describe each item accurately. However, if their is a problem with any item, please contact our customer service department @ 423-626-9153.
Delivery Damage
Each item is shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected. All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Any damage to products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken pieces, etc.
