Items will be shipped via UPS, FED-EX, DHL or Freight Company.  The majority of items will require a signature of acceptance.  Please keep this in mind, and ensure the availability of someone with authorization to accept the box(es).

We always recommend that you double check all entries made with regard to your shipping address information.  Remember to note any suite numbers, contact names, and phone numbers to help in expediting your delivery.

Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected before accepting the delivery, and must be noted on freight delivery form.  All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery.  Any damage to products must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery.  Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken pieces, etc.

Applicable Sales Tax applies to Shipping and Handling charges for shipments in the State of Florida.
